Aussie Dreams Migration is operated by a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1574327) and Member of the Migration Institute of Australia. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

We provide Australian migration advice and assistance, including consultations, visa strategy, document review and lodgement. The scope of any specific engagement is set out in a written services agreement which prevails over these Terms in the event of inconsistency.

We act with care, skill and diligence but we cannot guarantee that any visa application will be granted. Decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs based on legislation, your individual circumstances and the evidence provided.

• Provide complete, accurate and timely information and documents.
• Notify us promptly of any change in circumstances that may affect your matter.
• Pay invoices and government charges by their due date.

Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Government charges (Department of Home Affairs visa application charges, health and police checks, translations) are additional and payable directly by you.

Consultations are non-refundable once delivered. For other engagements, refunds are assessed against work performed up to the date of cancellation in line with the OMARA Code of Conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

By contacting us you consent to receive responses by email, phone or WhatsApp. We may send you service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications in accordance with the Spam Act 2003. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by emailing info@aussiedreamsmigration.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or our services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
